An Appetizing Meal At Coppelia in Cuenca

Posted in: Cuenca Ecuador, Ecuador Food, Ecuador Travel, Traveling Kids

One day when we were in Cuenca we decided to get lunch at the Coppelia restaurant in the center of the city.

We all got churrasco. This is a dish with beef, rice, fries, a salad, and sometimes avocado.

This is sooo good!!

I was soooo hungry after browsing all those art fairs all over the Cuenca today. And some restaurants were closed. I found this one and I have to tell you – I am stuffed!!!!!!!!!!!! Food cost me $4.40, I had churrasco or something like that and it was very good, service was very fast, it was just like on photo above except mine was on oval place and I got some orange colored sauce on side. Meat tasted just like steak, but it was thinner, flattened. And I got coconut milk water to go with it, also good! I am definitely going to come back that that place but next time I will not sit so close to the entrance, where wind blows and get my food cold faster.
