    Hello Bryan,

I remember eating cuy in Av. Don Bosco. Not the cleanest restaurant. Don’t remember the name, but cooking cuy and pork is common there. A better restuarant I recommend is Guajibamba on Luis Cordero. Cross street is Gaspar Sangurima. Very well prepared food and tasty. And just a couple of blocks from Parque Calderon and Hotel El Dorado (upscale hotel).

Fyi check out my instagram. Hope to have a website soon as well.

    Best regards.
